double charged us for drinks!
Bar manager kicked us out when we questioned him about why the drink prices suddenly went from $6 to $12. He was rude and runied our entire evening. After throwing down about $400 on entertainers tips and drinks this was a huge disappointment. I think they need to learn to appreciate their good customers. I was visiting SA and I am a restaurant and club reviewer.
Best Bartenders
On the Strip. People dress nicely and smell nice. If that's "Vanity" then I'm a fan. If you're looking for ugly people, you might fit in better at Annex.
yummy
I was in S.A. in july. I have never experience weather like I did in Texas. HOT....therefore HEAT was a must stop.....and glad I was. Clean nice cute place with lots of rooms and fun great music. Outdoor patio for the smokers with it's own bar, and the AC worked unlike most other places. Great spot
Vanity
I agree with the reviewer who said there are beauty obsessed people here. That's not always bad though if you're just wanting to get an eye-full but the boys know they're pretty and you must be pretty as well. I think it's a fun place and very clean but like I said unless you're a 10 it's kind of not your scene.
A must in San Antonio..
There are two gay destinations that are a must in San Antonio! Heat is one of them, the other is the Bonham Exchange. Heat is the newer of the two by almost 2 decades! great interior for SA, good mix of people as well. Barstaff is great, especially Vikki, one of the bartenders. heat is trendy with out being pretentious, very comfortable.
